New Playhouse, Petting Farm, Playing in the rain

We bought the girls a new (to us) playhouse yesterday. They LOVE it!

And we went to a Petting Farm twice this week. The girls had a fantastic time. It's really a hands-on farm. They get to actually pick up some of the animals and go in the pens with them and touch them.
They got to see newly born piglets, baby turkeys, bunnies, feed goats, milk a cow (yes - Megan actually milked a cow), feed horses, etc. They had a blast.

Today, it started to rain when we were there, so Megan and her friends spent about an hour splashing in puddles and getting soaked!

Brookside Gardens

Today was really the first nice, warm day of the year. So we headed out to the zoo. Well, the zoo was packed - there were NO parking spaces. They actually turned us away. So we headed over to Brookside Gardens for a picnic. Except they don't allow picnics. So we had to make our own picnic in the parking lot.

But then we had a fun time playing in the gardens:

Megan's new camera

Megan got a new camera for Easter. She loves it - she's already taken over 350 pictures in just about a week. Most, of course, are of blank walls and the floor. But some of them are decent - and give a little insight into the way she sees the world. Here are a few of the best ones:
